DELIVERY
We generally ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday) following receipt of payment. Please note that business days do not include federal holidays when USPS is closed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery speed is determined by the shipping method selected and begins once your order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times to the 48 contiguous United States:

USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 business day
Orders shipped to locations outside the 48 contiguous United States often require additional transit time. This includes shipments to:

- Military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO)
Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.
Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped. We can only ship to the address you have listed when completing the payment process, so please double check to make sure it is correct. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International shipping is not available at this time.
PACKAGE FORWARDING & THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY
Orders shipped to package forwarding services, mail receiving services, commercial mailboxes, freight forwarders, or other third-party receiving locations are used at the customer's own risk.
By providing such an address, the customer authorizes the receiving service and its employees, agents, and representatives to accept delivery on their behalf. Delivery to and acceptance by the receiving service shall be considered successful delivery to the customer.
Once a package has been delivered to the address provided on the order, District One NY is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, delay, forwarding error, misdelivery, or other issue that occurs thereafter.
SHIPPING RELATED FAQ:
My order says it was delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
We strongly recommend first checking with your local carrier and confirming whether the package may have been delivered to a neighbor, doorman, landlord, building mailroom, or another secure location nearby. In many cases, carrier can help pinpoint where it was left.
