DELIVERY
For all orders, processing and verification times range from 24-48 business hours before an order ships. We typically ship out all orders received by 5PM EST, the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders delivered to the U.S. will be shipped via UPS (Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air).
- UPS Ground: 2-6 business days
- East Coast: 2-3 business days
- West Coast: 3-6 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 1-2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
International shipping is not available at this time.
Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped. We can only ship to the address you have listed when completing the payment process, so please double check to make sure it is correct. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you choose UPS Ground and live on the East Coast, expect orders to come in 1-3 business days. If you choose UPS Ground and live on the West Coast, you can expect your package to arrive in 3-6 business days.
If you choose UPS 2nd Day Air, you can expect your package within 2 business days.
If you choose Next Day Air, you can expect your package within 1 business day.
My order says it got delivered, but I can't find it on my front door or my mailbox. What should I do?
We strongly advise reaching out to your local carrier first to inquire whether your package may have been mistakenly delivered to a neighbor or placed in the wrong mailbox. Typically, this resolves the issue. However, if you are still unable to locate your package, please don't hesitate to contact us at districtonenyc@gmail.com, and we will promptly initiate a case with the carrier to track down your shipment.
