In Store Pickup Policy

HOW TO ORDER ONLINE FOR IN-STORE PICKUP :

Select the "Pickup in store" option under Delivery during the checkout process:

HOW TO PICKUP YOUR ORDER IN-STORE :

After placing your order online for in-store pickup, you will receive an email informing you your order is ready for pickup, typically within one day (during store hours).

To collect your order in-store bring ALL of the following to 114 Stanton St.

(1) Order confirmation email
(2) Valid photo ID — the name on the ID must match the name on the order
(3) Payment method used — the name must match both the ID and the order

PICKUP REQUIREMENTS & CONDITIONS :

You will be required to take a picture with your order and identification as proof of order fulfillment.

Orders must be collected within 3 business days from the date the order is marked Ready for Pick-Up, or the order will be canceled and refunded. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready. If you need an extension, please contact us in advance.

Failure to follow our pickup policy, including the photo verification requirement, will result in cancellation of your order.

If an in-store pickup order is canceled for any reason, a cancellation fee will apply. Standard in-store pickup orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Pre-order items may be subject to a higher cancellation fee, which will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
